1.Vertragsabschluß / Withdrawal
1.1 The contract for an item offered comes about without statement to the customer who has submitted the contract offer, by accepting the contract offer by akku-adapter.com. The customer waives a declaration of acceptance, section 151 sentence 1 BGB. By accepting his application for a contract, the customer will be informed immediately by akku-adapter.com by e-mail at the e-mail address provided by him.
1.2 You may cancel your contract within one month without stating reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins on the date of receipt of this instruction in writing (for example letter, e-mail), but not before the day of receipt of the delivery of the goods. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the thing is sufficient. If the customer has returned the goods timely and properly, the akku-adapter.com immediately pays back the already paid purchase price. If the order value is less than EUR 40.00, the buyer bears the costs of the return shipment, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods. If possible, please do not send the goods freight prepaid, but as an insured package back to us and keep the proof of delivery or use our free Freeway Paketmarke, please contact us for the request. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging and with all packaging components to us and, if necessary, use a protective outer packaging.
1.2.1. If the returned goods in exercise of the right of withdrawal are not in a perfect and resalable condition, the buyer is obliged to pay damages, if he is responsible for the deterioration of the goods, their demise or the otherwise impossibility of returning the goods intentionally or negligently.
1.2.2. No purchase on probation occurs when the customer acts as an intermediary.
1.3 Availability reservation: Should akku-adapter.com find out after conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods are no longer available with us or can not be delivered for legal reasons, akku-adapter.com can offer either a product of equivalent quality and price, or withdraw from the contract. The offer of a substitute delivery or the resignation takes place immediately, at the latest within 3 working days after receipt of the customer offer. Already received payments will reimburse akku-adapter.com immediately after a withdrawal from the contract by akku-adapter.com or the customer.
