2.1 akku-adapter.com warrants that the Products will not be free from defects at the time of shipment that may invalidate or diminish the value or fitness for ordinary use. An insignificant reduction in value or fitness is ignored.
2.2 The customer must inspect the goods immediately after receipt of the delivery for completeness or any defects, at the latest within one week from receipt, and will in the event of a deviation immediately send a notification of defects. In the case of hidden defects, the notification must be made immediately after discovery of the hidden defect within the warranty period.
2.3 The duration of the warranty is 1 year from shipment.
Its use requires after 30 days a reason (notice of defects) on the part of the purchaser. If the claim is made after six months from the date of purchase, the buyer must also prove that the goods were defective at the time of sale.
The seller is not liable for defects resulting from improper operation or treatment, failure or improper maintenance, unusual influences and normal wear and tear. The right to warranty is also excluded if the goods have been repaired or modified by unauthorized persons. The costs for the return transport of the goods, provided that the warranty claim is asserted within 14 days of the date of purchase, are reimbursed by the seller, otherwise the reimbursement of transport costs within the framework of the warranty settlement between buyer and seller must be regulated.
2.4 In case of incomplete delivery akku-adapter.com will deliver immediately. Incidentally, akku-adapter.com initially has the right either to repair the defective item or to make a replacement. If the repair fails repeatedly or if there is no satisfactory replacement, the customer is entitled either to reduce the purchase price or to withdraw from the contract (conversion).
2.5 akku-adapter.com is liable for guaranteed characteristics, insofar as these are expressly stated in the catalog or in the homepage as guaranteed or as “guarantee”.
2.6 A warranty can not be accepted for defects that are attributable to improper use or above-average use of the goods by the customer and not for wearing parts.
